A seasonal glut is causing many farmers in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana to practically lose their hard work and earnings. Although consumers benefit temporarily from low costs, this cycle damages farmers' livelihoods and may deter further planting.


In your neighbourhood, what's causing this? Is it inadequate market access, a lack of storage, or fierce rivalry from imports?
