Hi friends, today I'm going to open the new section in my blog, about ideal recipes for snacking and easy to prepare, and to surprise your friends, partner or family
Are you ready to surprise?
Today I bring you TUNA ROLLS - IDEAL FOR PICKUP

On this occasion, we will make a recipe with phyllo dough, it is one of the products I like the most, and it is super easy to prepare, so it was only a matter of time before it became the star of our weekend snacking section. It's versatile and has many ways of being able to prepare this product for different recipes, and gives a tremendous game in the kitchen
Ingredients for 4 people:

8 ha 10 phyllo dough sheets
200 gr of tuna in oil already drained
2 boiled eggs
100 gr of tomato sauce or fried tomato
oregano
oil
sesame seed for decoration
olives (olivas)
Preparation
The first thing we must do is take a clean bowl, and in it we will put the tuna, then we take the boiled eggs, and with the help of a grater, we will grate them inside the bowl and then we will mix it with the tuna
Later, we cut the olives in half, put them in a bowl, and mix them with the tuna and the grated eggs
Once the olives are integrated, pour the tomato sauce, and mix them again with all the ingredients, once the previous step is finished, add the oregano, as a small spoon
The mixture should look like this

Once the mixture is finished, we put it aside and take our phyllo dough, and put it aside, turn on the oven, with heat up and down to 180º degrees
Then on our work table, we will put our 1 sheet of our phyllo dough, and we will paint it with oil with the help of a kitchen brush
And we will do the same by adding the following leaves of our phyllo dough, on top of each other until we have 3 or 4 leaves together

Once they are all cut and filled, we can put them on our baking tray, and paint them with a little oil with the help of our kitchen brush, and decorate them with sesame, and then we can put them in the oven

Approximate time, between 10 or 20 minutes, remember that each oven is a world, so the time can be variable, when we see that they are already browned, we can take them out

I hope you like this recipe as much as I do, if so, I'll see you in my next publication
