As we can see in this image, it is practically the same in all the supermarkets in all the Spanish territory, thousands of families buying large amounts of food, leading to empty supermarkets, although the government claims that food will continue to arrive at the supermarkets

despite everything that is happening now, and that our government says that food transport will continue to reach the supermarkets, the nerves of running out of food is a concern that affects all Spaniards

Now Spain is in a state of alarm

This state of alarm in the country, prevents all Spaniards to do their normal and daily life, and despite this ban there are still many people who think this is a joke

Many Madrilenians go out on the street, others on terraces, and now at this time, is already beginning to fine anyone who violates the state of alarm of the country, even not only can take a fine, can also lead to jail

What you can do

• Walking the dog (one person only)
• Moving to another community for work
• Return to my usual residence
• Putting out the trash
• Take out money or go to the bank.
• Going to the doctor
• helping dependent or vulnerable people

What you can NOT do

• tinker with a child in the street
• Drive someone to work
• Visit family or friends (if they are not dependents)
• Eating out (if it is possible to order food from home)
• Take ibuprofen if you have symptoms

The state can impose fines of 100 to 600,000 euros and in cases of serious disobedience, between three years and one year in prison.

As can be seen in the following guidelines, this situation can be considered as important enough to paralyse the whole country

But it's not all bad, we also have news that makes your hair stand on end, of the great amount of human beings that we have in this country

Now every day at 10:00 Spanish time all of us Spaniards go out to the balconies to applaud all those people who work in the health sector, to thank them for their efforts that make all these days so difficult

So far in Spain there have been almost 10,000 infections and 342 deaths from Covid-19, surpassing the number of infections in South Korea and registering 8,744, around a thousand new infections per day, according to WHO data

• - Asturias: 189 (1 deceased)

• - Aragon: 174 (11 deceased)

• - Canary Islands: 119 (1 deceased)

• - Extremadura: 128 (3 deceased)

• - Murcia: 98 (0 deceased)

• - Balearic Islands: 73 (1 deceased)

• - Cantabria: 58 (0 deceased)

• - Melilla: 8 (0 deceased)

• - Ceuta: 1 (0 deceased)

• Admitted to ICU: 432

This is the harsh reality, a whole confined country, millions of people unable to leave their homes, I just hope I can get back to normal sooner rather than later
