Due to the deadly virus, which is affecting the planet, practically the whole planet is now in confinement, and in several countries a campaign called (stay at home) has been made.
And millions of users now have plenty of time to do many things, be with family, watch the netflix, series, movies, learn to cook, or for example learn to make wooden lamps
Now that the planet is in confinement, unable to leave the house, it is time to do something to entertain yourself, and for this reason I am making this publication
Today I will show you some wooden lamps, which I have been making and their process, I hope you like them

Before we start, we need to know what kind of drawing we want for our handcrafted wooden lamp, for this we google the drawings we are interested in, I for my part search for type of Disney, Game of Thrones, etc.
It should be noted that although the process seems simple, it has its delicate parts
What do we need?
1 - A wooden plank and cut it to the size we want our handcrafted lamp
2 - Print out the drawings that we had previously looked for on paper
3 - Spray paint
4 - Electrical wiring and bulbs
5 - A jigsaw to cut the wood
6 - Edge paper to be glued behind the wood drawing
7 - Wood glue
Well, once we have everything we need, the first thing will be to pass the drawing from the sheet to the wood already cut, to pass the drawing we will use a special paper called carboplan, I will show you an image

The way to do it is very easy, we take our special paper with the letters carboplan on the outside, and we tape it to our wood covering it all.
Then we put the drawing that we already have printed on the wood and we hold it with tweezers, and then we check the drawing with a pen or pencil, once finished we remove everything and we can check that the drawing that we had on the sheet, passed without problems to our wood
Next and delicate step

With our drawing already finished, what we will have to do is, inside the drawing make a hole with a drill or screwdriver, and pass the hole through our jigsaw, this process has to be slow, since to cut the drawing it It needs a lot of patience and precision, it depends on the drawing that we have to cut, it will be more or less difficult when cutting it with our wooden jigsaw.
I will show you how the drawing is cut
Drawings cut by jigsaw

The fun part
Now, comes one of the parts that I like the most, giving color to the wood, with the spray paint, once the paint is dry, the next thing is to glue our edge paper behind our drawing, once we have finished what we will do It will be to stick the wood that our drawing has on top of another to get a support, and on the back with special supports add the wiring and the bulbs to give them light. They remain in this way, it only remains to be able to enjoy our lamps or sell them to get some profit, which has cost me each lamp is around 5 euros, and I sell them for 15. I have already sold some.
