You have a hard time getting mad at people, you can't be upset for long? This feeling of empathy just keeps you from ever seeing the other one's fault, you understand too much, you put yourself in their place and start observing the situation through their eyes and you know enough about human nature and psychology to understand where they come from. This prevents you from ever being upset; but what about you? In this process of understanding their feelings where do your feelings stand? Why is it so difficult for you to care about your own feelings without inviting guilt, when you can so easily do that for others.
Does it make you a not nice person to prioritize your own-self sometimes? Would it be a "not you" thing to do? Or is it just healthy and indicates growth?
