I quit crypto for a month

I didn't trade.

I didn't read the news.

I didn't even check the price.

For 30 days.

30 long and hard days.

You want to know what I learnt and why I did it?

Keep reading below!

I quit crypto because I wanted to see if I could survive without it.

I noticed I was getting obsessed with it.

Every morning, before I said good morning to my girlfriend, I always checked the charts.

While on the toilet in the morning, preparing for work, I read all the crypto news.

While at work, every spare chance I could get, I made a few trades, good or bad and recorded them in my journal.

After work, while at the dinner table, I did some TA to find out points for buying and selling the next day.

Crypto was taking over my life.

So I quit for 30 days to see if I could stop it.

And?

It was actually a great idea.

I got to spend a lot of time with my girlfriend and family members, I stated spending less time on the toilet, I became more productive at work and I started getting enough sleep.

I didn't enjoy quitting crypto however.

I missed some big booms, like yesterday's own (my final day was today).

And I couldn't stop myself from checking the Coinbase app,so I deleted it. And it took me a long time to find my backup phrase. Bummer.

So in conclusion,I quit crypto for one month.

But trust me, I won't be doing that again!
