SCARS Makes Its First Payment to Online Scam Victim!

Today marks the first successful PayPal transfer to an online scam victim from the provenpassive.com PayPal account used to take donations and fund SCARS (Scam Compensation and Reimbursement Services). Because I am the only contributor at the moment, SCARS was only able to recoup half of the victim's losses on Bitland.pro, but the remainder will be paid in one week when I get paid and can make my monthly contribution again.

Here it is, the beginning of a legacy!
