Let me start by saying that I am not licensed or certified in any way as an investor, educator or adviser. What I am is a man who lives on fixed income and is trying to use his economic impact payment as startup capital to change that. I have started up several projects, including my new website, for that purpose. That being said, the site is and will always be a 100% free resource for everyone to use. It is monetized only by advertising partnerships, donations (which deposit to an account specifically for use in growing and maintaining the site), and my own personal referral links being used whenever possible. I do not and will not in any way advertise or promote a product or service that I do not trust and use myself. All opportunities listed that have not yet been verified to pay as promised will include a disclaimer saying so. As you will read on the site itself, I STRONGLY recommend you exercise caution and DO NOT invest money into those opportunities unless and until I post proof of payment.
Now that we have that out of the way, let me tell you about the project itself. I became interested in cryptocurrency many years ago, but only recently began seriously digging into it. I never had enough spare finances to invest. Naturally, I started looking for ways to obtain crypto without any initial investment. Right away, I learned that this is a dangerous game to play and that there are unfathomable numbers of ways to get burned. Despite how quickly I was able to discover this, I found that there is an alarming shortage of information regarding who to trust and what to avoid. All I was ever able to find were extremely generalized "lists" of passive income ideas like "develop an app" or "start a YouTube channel." As for information on scams, my searches turned up basically the same results. "Watch out for ICO scams. Beware of Ponzi schemes. If it seems too good to be true, it is." Yeah, no kidding. That doesn't really help when there are so many different options available for legitimate businesses and scammers alike. After wasting no small amount of time on options that turned out to be fake, I decided that I would have to solve the problem myself.
So, I pulled some funds from my emergency savings (not something I recommend, but I was able to replace it shortly thereafter) and got to work building my own website. It took a lot more time and effort than I expected, but I did finally manage to get the site up and listed. Right now, it doesn't contain much, as I have only just started heavily researching and investigating various opportunities and, in most cases, it takes a long time to mature an investment enough to collect anything on it. I will not, however, be discouraged or dissuaded from my goal of creating a database of trustworthy methods for people in any financial situation to generate revenue at little or no cost.
I hope that, some day soon, I can say that I have helped people take steps toward financial stability and avoid being taken in by scams. There are nearly infinite opportunities to make your money work for you if you know where to look and how to get started. If I am successful, the answer to where to look will be a simple one: provenpassive.com. Come check it out and let me know what you think. I am always looking for feedback and ways to improve everything that I do.
Update 06/02/20: I have added a few new listings to the site and made minor changes to some of the page descriptions. Progress is slow right now, but hopefully that will change as traffic to the site increases.
