It's just my personal thoughts about what would have happened if Jesus Christ had come in our time. Would people have followed Him or crucified Him again?
Some would see in Him a true truth-teller and a man of the light - someone who tells inconvenient truths, defends the weak, exposes the hypocrisy of the authorities, religious structures and oligarchs. Some might consider Him a revolutionary or a prophet, a fighter for justice and freedom.
Others would consider Him a liberal, a provocateur, or even a fraud. Imagine a man who publicly exposes the elite, violates "inviolable" traditions, rejects national priorities for the love of "strangers", and at the same time says that His Kingdom is not of this world. The media would be torn apart: some in an attempt to whitewash, others to discredit.
He always said things that were inconvenient for most people, and His sermons were a challenge to the existing order. He criticized the religious elite, questioned the norms on which the power of the high priests and Pharisees was based, and proclaimed that the latter were the first to become powerful, where power was service, not domination. He condemned injustice, corruption, indifference, greed, double standards, and the pursuit of greatness.
And imagine, He insulted the feelings of believers. After all, He was crucified not by atheists and atheists of some kind, but by real believers, because Jesus shattered their ideas about God. He said that mercy was more important, that man was more important.
However, He was killed in the name of piety, law, interests, order, and "true faith."
Has anything changed since then? Well, no way.
When you celebrate the Resurrection of Christ, reflect on this.

These 25 (+) years of degradation will go down in history as the biggest economic crisis, failure in foreign policy, loss of a leading position in world politics since the Soviet era, the highest level of robbery and corruption in the last 100 years, catastrophic population decline, hyperinflation, impoverishment of the people, the failure of all miracle reforms and illiterate leadership the country. The only stable thing is the presence of a ruler who clings to the throne with his hands and teeth and distributes "sweet promises" that are absolutely far from real life in the country, just like himself.

If one fine morning we discovered that from now on all people are one nation, one faith and one race, then before lunch we would have invented new prejudices.
