Well, if you shoot with teleoptics and move away from the car, the amount of light will decrease by a multiple of the distance squared.
And just the matrix will not draw the car so clearly. It will become darker and grayish-red. And it will still remain the main one, but it will fit compositionally with the horizon, sky and moon.
In terms of brightness, the moon should dominate. This is the light source. Visible and basic.
