But suddenly you remember that there is a war going on somewhere, you remember that there are repressions, you remember why you are here now...
And all the same, we must hope, dream, make plans, we must live and be strong and happy in spite of all troubles and deaths. Strength is in love, strength is in striving forward... I hug everyone and wish you a miracle for Christmas, a wonderful miracle that you do not even expect, but hope and believe that it will come...

In one restaurant, we checked out and had to wait there for 50 minutes, it was our favorite sushi. But we ventured into another one and got there right away. In good restaurants, you need to book seats or queue up...
With a check of $126, we paid a tip of $22. It is expensive to go to a restaurant because it is manual labor. The products here are inexpensive. And fast food will cost 20-30$ for two people... According to my recollections, a company for five people will still be more expensive in a Russian restaurant. I think it's from $30-50...

Photos of Los Angeles from December 20th... The houses are decorated for Christmas. It's +27° outside. It's certainly not like in summer, there was a heavy fog in the morning, the sun is no longer as hot as in summer (although it's 27, but it's not summer 27). The evenings are cool... The average winter temperature here is +19-24°. I love this weather, I don't miss the snow and slush, forgive me for this insolence... When I remember the rains, the dankness and cold are so cringing...
