The main problem with Zen is that content that is objectionable to this platform is regularly blocked. Content is blocked completely. Or content is limited, and that option is generally similar to blocking, because it does not get coverage and is not promoted. The real majority of reasons for blocking truly look comical, and the responses from tech support give a persistent feeling that these people have nothing to do with Zen at all, they only have a manual and, yes, software is engaged in checking content, according to tech support, people do not even look at your publications, all this is entrusted to algorithms, the best in the area))) Otherwise, if anyone has not yet understood - censorship is absolute and each time it looks worse. Because everything is already so twisted that a person is not allowed to openly express his personal opinion. These are 100% indicators of a totalitarian state. If you are forced to remain silent so as not to go to prison, then you are already living in prison. It turns out that for some in our society, creating lawlessness, corruption, billion-dollar theft and other arbitrariness and any obscurantism, remember any similar examples yourself, is not prosecuted by any responsibility. But as soon as you start talking about it, you are subject to censorship, you are deprived of your personal opinion and freedom of speech. What is happening is not hostility, if those in power commit certain acts or speak clearly hostilely towards people, even if they beat these people - this is not hostility. If you talk about it - this is hostility. Such are the rules and such are the standards in the modern world.
As for Zen, based on their Requirements and Rules, which they can freely interpret, they simply destroy your content. This can be a block, this can be a restriction. Moreover, the censorship is clearly selective. Zen (Mail Group) can block a publication simply for NEGATIVENESS alone. Negativity is equal to the language of hostility. If they want, they will block and restrict based on this. They can, and often do, disable monetization for certain publications. Which, frankly speaking, looks like stealing. Because the ad blocks don't disappear anywhere, Zen continues to earn money. And you, being the author, don't even get these handouts that Zen pays, and it comes down to the fact that there is no desire to waste time and effort, because what does it look like if an adult prepares a publication all day, collects a lot of material, analyzes the situation, and as a result Zen screws you))) That is, Zen makes money on your work. This is similar to what happens between a man and a woman. But without reciprocity. Do you need it? Proving your case and your right is not realistic. Just complete censorship!
That is, you see, they simply limit your opinion! And this is a clear violation of freedom of speech, forcing through censorship and restrictions, to change the very meaning and concept of the publication.

That is, when reasoning in the text, you ask yourself a question and give specific examples, and real ones, which everyone in the country knows about. You argue in the article, reason together with the reader. And tech support tells you that you justify violence. The question is, how should the idea be presented or the article changed so that all this is completely absent?! There are robots in tech support who do not understand the meaning of the text, they are guided by a program-algorithm.
Certain words in publications are logical sequences and conclusions. You understand that if you write differently, it will turn out to be a completely different idea and essence in the article? This means that the reason why Zen comes up with restrictions is a clear violation of freedom of speech, a violation of freedom of opinion, because they limit your opinion based on logic and reasoning, and practically through such a restriction they force you to either change the meaning of the text, killing this text yourself, or blocking it, which is the same thing, the same eggs only in profile)))
If your entire publication contains a rainbow, unicorns and enthusiastic praise - this will clearly not be blocked. But the reader will form a certain opinion about you, as a person who needs some help, and extremely urgently. But without the negativity of blocking.
Any polemical article implies a view from several sides, including the original opinion on the conclusions of certain actions, and accordingly is presented in a certain form. Equating this to the language of hatred and limiting publications, according to similar logic, one can classify all world literature as the language of hatred. Take the tale about the bun. Where at the end they eat a live bun - this will be the language of hatred according to the logic of the Zen algorithm - violence, eating, torture, etc. The language of hatred can be considered obvious signs of xenophobia, gender orientation, etc., etc., but something like this is already too much and 100% censorship, which is a violation of the law on freedom of speech on the part of Zen.
Once a participant in the author's program Nirvana, I did not have a single warning for several years. There were completely minor violations, where there was adult content, but these are not violations, but rather just a category not for everyone. That's all. Only with the arrival of mail-group and VK to Zen, things started to go. A lot of clickbait, constant deprivation of monetization on publications, restrictions on the language of hatred (a very convenient reason!). Some restrictions were lifted, but it took time. When after restricting an article, you are answered only the next day. Or it could be something like I had with the example of the publication about the arrest of the deputy minister, that at first they blocked it, then a day later they apologized for the mistaken blocking. Then a day later they block it again and finally. Just super)))
If you bother tech support too much, a senior specialist will write to you and warn you that they will limit you and you will not be able to write to tech support at all for several weeks. In my case, it was Regina, the main specialist of all Zen.
You are simply being shut up, and the fact that they are acting arbitrarily, violating the law on freedom of speech, ignoring the facts indicating that they are limiting publications for fictitious reasons - this means nothing. They simply block publications based on something that does not exist, positioning it as a violation of certain rules and explaining absolutely nothing to you. I gave an example where, logically, any and all literature should fit the language of hatred, judging by the logic of Zen's arguments. "Kolobok, Kolobok, where are you rolling? I'll eat you" - that is, according to the logic of Zen - it turns out that in the fairy tale about Kolobok this is a threat to life, murder, violence - negativity is the language of hatred. And in a similar way they have the right to block publications that they don't like. This is an extremely shameful Zen manner! And it's easier for them to shut a person up by responding that they are depriving him of support.
You are simply answered with templates, these are empty answers. For example, I can also write everything and about nothing. I am sure that many of the readers can do the same. But we have clear and distinct examples. In the publication, a super-smart algorithm, created almost by God, finds the Language of Hate. I can open any book, absolutely any, and give as an example for this Algorithm a lot of different practically harmless phrases that will definitely fall under the "language of hate" (and not only). In the publication about the curator Adam Kadyrov, I had a phrase about how it is shameful for a special forces soldier to die for what is happening. True, a question was then asked addressed to the special forces, asking the opinion of these guys. The language of hate was attributed to the fact that it is shameful for a special forces soldier to die. That is, logically, something like this should go there. If you replace the negative with a positive, with "die with pride", then in the eyes of the reader it will clearly smell of the author needing to undergo an examination. That's how peculiar their algorithm is. And even the senior specialist Regina will not help you. Moreover, the chief specialist was asked to try to edit the publication together, so that the specialist could independently see what nonsense the text would turn into if it complied with Zen's policy. The publication would completely lose its meaning.
There are tons of complaints about hate speech, about their interpretation of this very hate speech. Instead of revising their algorithm and attitude towards authors, Zen is hitting rock bottom and going below all waterlines together with its team of highly professional chatterboxes. They do not give a single clear and distinct answer regarding the violation. Instead, they refer to the unconditional rightness of the software. Seriously? You will give them all sorts of examples and compelling analogies and comparisons. You will give them a sufficient number of clear and distinct examples, they will simply ignore them, there is no point in having a dialogue with them, there is no way to get through to them. In accordance with this, it is logical to conclude that the support workers are not professional, firstly. And secondly, they clearly violate the law on freedom of speech, hiding behind their own local rules, and even far-fetched ones with the wording "hate speech". This is exactly the situation when Zen has requirements for content, BUT they do not comply and violate the law of the Russian Federation. If I could have told technical support earlier that they were being impudent, and when they were being impudent, then tell them to go to hell. But now Zen is clearly violating the law. People who signed up for this work do not want to work, instead they accuse users of violating something there. In fact, it turns out that they are the only ones violating and deceiving. Consciously or not? It depends on what steps they are going to take. Work on your own platform. Or continue to arbitrarily interpret laws, hiding behind content requirements, which in turn are used arbitrarily.
