Thank you for being awesome

Thank you, everyone! We wrote one of the most popular articles

I have other posts lined up in the queue, but I feel like this off-topic one is more important and needs to get out now.

I recently wrote an article (Writing your own Bitcoin miner in Kotilin) about how you could write your own Bitcoin miner and what is the process that takes places behind the word mining. I've written about hashing algorithms and how the Bitcoin hashcash algorithm works. I talked about block headers and their components. All sprinkled with a lot of fresh Kotlin.

You are all awesome

After I wrote the article I went to sleep and the next day I checked to see if there were any comments so I can interact with the community.

There were none at that time 😂

However, there were a lot of likes and I had gained about 14 new followers which felt like the greatest accomplishment I've had on Publish0x.

After a couple of hours, the comments started coming in, the likes and followers were growing the same and the views were skyrocketing in an unbelievable way.

And then it happened...

My article on the front page

I saw my article on the front page of the platform. I couldn't believe my eyes, staring at name and at the title I wrote... I felt so grateful for all the people that contributed to that happening, because the truth is that all of you did half of the work and I am extremely humbled that you liked my article and deemed it worthy of your attention.

If you are one of the many people that liked what I wrote I thank you and I am forever grateful to you.

And... when I said you did half the work I kind of lied because you did much more. So much more actually that my article became the most popular one on the platform, you are all the best.

The most popular article

Again, I thank you all, you are 79 at the moment I'm writing this. I am grateful to all of you and I hope I'll be able to follow each of you back and maybe one day I'll be able to help one of your articles reach the top.

How do you rate this article?
