When the French Revolution was concluded in 1997, the written constitutions incorporated the idea of people's participation in power-sharing through elections. But we're not given rights, it was only given to responsible citizens of French. Who were they? They were the people holding private property. After the revolution, the social structure of France was disrupted and the first-state people and second-state people were given equal status as third-state people.

As third-state people consisted of two categories: middle-class people who had a strong economic position and the working class, people who were the weaker section of society, the changes which were brought by the French revolution benefitted the middle-class people, This is why the so-called election which is the heart of democracy was captured by the elite group of the society.  The lower-class people were deprived of the system. Even women were kept away from the process. 

Democracy means the choice, voice, and rights of people with the wider participation of people in decision-making institutions. And the lower class people were excluded from participation, this is how democracy was established. But after the second world war, when there raised a question on the private property of middle-class people because of the devastating surrounding the unwilling middle-class people to keep their mouths shut, the women and election franchise were open to all. It was the world war that was fought for the market as one of the reasons for the protection of middle-class people's trading platform and expansion of markets, and who were traders? It is middle-class people, who paved the way for the unwilling middle-class people to give a share in power sharing.

But the hidden mindset was that after the experience of 300 years of democracy the middle-class people knew that election needs huge money, and lower-class people don't have time and money as candidates that the end it will be one of the heads of the middle-class people.

This is why? Communism opposes the election and what makes democracy a conspiracy by middle-class people to remain in power.

And the world where we live now is full of middle-class people leaders which were dreamed t the end of the world war. This is why corruption is inevitable in our democratic system. Because they don't is down deep into the root of readiness.
