Threw the Darkest of nights
while the demons are chasing me
I still see the light
Prepared for anything facing me
All this pain and misery
never asking why me lord
know its to strengthen me
but my heart is cold and so hard
so i push on and go forward
trying to find better days
lost in my own thoughts slowly drifting away
