1st: Stop feeling guilty or embarrassment because of the mistakes of your past, trying learning from them instead, make them a remainder of who you were not who you are.
2nd: Stop multitasking, focus instead what you truly value and what gives you meaning. there is a lot of things that you can do, but not everything that you will do, will perform great.
3rd: write a set of traits and habits that you see in other successful people and try learning them yourself instead of feeling pity for yourself or envying those people.
