Just felt like I died 3 times!
Even heard the birds chirping singing, death lullabies!
Between the terror and cries!

Then there I was swallowing myself, ALIVE!!!
While in bath tub cold water running, just trying to stay alive!

Still in awe shaking head about it!
Trying to find words about it???
Kind of want to, SCREAM AND SHOUT ABOUT IT!

But the words heard upon ears of, even from loved ones would seem absurd!

Felt the humming-buzzing-tingling nearly orgasmic touch of death healing!

Then vocalizing sounds never heard before.

The electricity flowing upward like pulsating Kundalini!
From base up vertebra 33!
Up to third eye seeing everything!

The Light and dark before me!
Twisted images one day might haunt me!
Followed by puppy dog kisses!

For a time stuck in lotus position, intensely gazing
“in” flame!
Rythmatic deep breaths kept me from going insane!
Remnants of all past guilt’s and shames, came, before me simultaneously!

Things I did not want to remember.
Nor face or admit.
Was finally able to acknowledge and make peace with it!

Felt like a biblical metaphysical ancient beat down!
The type that does not, fuck around!
Yet gentle and profound, in the end.

Laying in bed with beast best friend.

Now about to have breakfast, with.
The love of my life, once again.
Will enjoy it much more from this point on forever more...
