You didn't hear from my for a while but here I am again. I had not much time recently or had to work at the weekend so I didn't play the weekend event.
But I got a nice hiking tour with my wife on one of these days and that's also important for me. Getting out into nature and move.

Today I want to talk a bit about fusing your cards in the Forge. 

Forge

This year they opened the Forge again and you could start to fuse your plain cards into Meteorite cards which made them your own NFTs and you could sell them if you want. I'm pretty sure you know that already and if not, you should start fusing some of your valuable cards. Which one? I will come to this a bit later...

Now recently you can also fuse your Meteorite cards into Shadow cards and increase the value of your cards. You need 5 of your Meteorite cards for one Shadow card. The amount of clicks to sign for every card you put into the fuse is annoying but what can you do. I hope this will become easier in the future.

What card to fuse?

This is a good question and I prefer to go to guforge.com connect your account and you get a lot of information. Most valuable card in your portfolio, most valuable card to craft and how many cards are craftable.

Witherfingers would be the most valuable card to craft for me and Chiron, the Teacher seems to be my best card, which I didn't craft. I bought it a few months ago for a deck I wanted to play.

The table at the top gives you info about how much cards you own, how much are craftable and the estimated profit.

Scrolling further down you can check show craftable cards only and set some filters. You get the info how much fusing will cost you, what the current price on the market is and your crafting profit. So you know exactly if it is worth to fuse or not.

These are some of the cards the guforge site recommends to fuse. They are already Meteorite since I did the work before writing this.

Looking further into fusing after I made some Meteorite cards, I refreshed the guforge site and set the filter for Meteorite cards and the filter for crafting profit. Here you see the first 3 entries.

Conclusion

Fusing is a lot of fun and will upgrade your card value but you have to check if it is worth to fuse them. You need $GOD and FLUX for fusing. Also if you need one or two more cards to get a Shadow card you could check the market if you get some cheap ones.
