First of all, apologies if you think I disrespect the 3rd world, I am just pointing to some unfair restrictions happen(ed) in this world.

HitBTC was the first, so I cant even MOVE my money FROM them:

So to KuCoin... they want to charge me minimum 2$ per month if I dont do KYC... and even if I would KYC, THEY have problems in the EU.
So whats the point, just CLOSE the account, I move all from there years ago - but NO, you cant, you still have value there - so the account cant be closed.
Wait? What? I have 0.03 USD there, I cant move it cause the transfer cost are much more.
Kucoin: Sorry, we cant help you, that is your problem! And then they froze my account - so that I definitely cant close the account.
