Large typhoon in the Philippines - extensive flooding in a number of provinces

Another large storm or typhoon in the Philippines has caused extensive flooding and damage. A number of dams have had to open their floodgates or risk damage/overflowing due to the high rainfall over many days.

Many towns have been flooded, some at levels not seen in many years.
