How I keep going on earning sites

How I keep going on earning sites

Core Question

My tips and tricks I use to help me keep going on earning sites.

How I look at small earnings

Say I claim an hourly faucet of .00001 SOL (about .1 cent), I may think, "Why am I even doing this?" Well, kind of like the old BTC to Satoshi method of display, same thing here. Those .00001 SOL is 10,000 lamports. A standard transaction fee is only 5,000 lamports before any extra priority. So, you managed to cover 2 transaction fees by doing nothing except solving a captcha. When you actually look at very few dollars, over even less, that you're withdrawing from the platform, being able to cover that for free without having to click a PTC or do a survey, you are glad for it. Always think of small amount as utility, rather than money.

Surveys

I take surveys (they are the main way to earn), and there are a few thing I look out for. The biggest one is after completing a ton of them, I've identified the sites that have low disqualification, the ones that pay out well, the ones that never end, the ones that have a low pay out, and so on. So, when I click into a survey and I recognize the site, I will put together my past memories of that site and decide if the pay advertised is worth it.

Something else to consider is time. A lot of times, the average time displayed it brought down hard by speeders or people answering willy-nilly and passing all of the quality test questions. They might get done with a survey in 2 minutes while for you it takes 15 minutes. Because the companies think it only takes about 8 minutes (the average), they pay out less. This hurts you. So, always keep in mind that you shouldn't be mad at the company for a low pay out but rather the speeders.

One last thing is the survey provider. Survey providers take a small cut from the pay out to fund disqualification credits, keep the site running, and cover their own overhead. Some take a bigger cut than others. My favorite one is CPX Research. The one I try to avoid is Timewall. While they have a disqualification credit (I know some providers don't have any), Timewall takes a huge cut form your payout. For a same sized survey length and questions averaged out, Timewall will pay out about 30% lower than CPX in my experience. Why? Because CPX only does surveys, which is pretty much all automated, along with being direct to people, meaning no middleman that also takes a cut. Meanwhile, Timewall has other features like app testing, PTC, and bonuses, which naturally needs funding, especially for manual review on offers. They also have like daily streaks and bonus clicks, which also needs the funding.

My general thinking

When I'm actively earning, I always don't look at the dollar amount too much, but rather think of what I'm doing. I'm actively converting free and useless time I'd use to watch Youtube, play games, check emails 50 times, or ask google random questions into actual crypto. To me, that is the best feeling. Converting dead time into actual earnings, all the meanwhile sort of "investing" into crypto without my own money. This also makes me more likely to put it into smaller tokens instead of like BTC or ETH. And, I can stress out less about finding the lowest fee exchange, because it is free money.

Conclusion

When earning, always think about the utility, what you're accumulating, and what you are turning (dead time) into (crypto, or fiat if using like PayPal). I think people expect too much, expecting yourself to earn more, when the true fun comes from the accumulation and feeling of "I'm actually getting crypto for free". They compare the earnings to a normal job or side hustle, which will naturally frustrate you.
