A new year, A new me. I'm super motivated lately in everything I'm doing. Posting more on this platform is definitely something I will do this year, hopefully at least 4 times a week. 

I hope everyone has an amazing year. May it be your best year yet. 

I will start this year by looking back to 2021 and show you all the movies that I watched in a year. I use Letterboxed for tracking the movies that I watch. There are also a lot of short films, some series, and certain things I watched on youtube that are trackable on the site. 

In total, I watched 173 movies in 2021. That is definitely a lot but keep in mind a lot of these are shorts. I love to watch a movie to relax in the evening but also lazy Sundays are nice times to watch something. 

In my opinion, the best movie I watched in 2021 was Inception, it was not the first time that I watched it but it is just an amazing movie that I can watch every year. Prisoners is a movie that I watched for the first time and it comes pretty close though, it had me on the edge of my seat a few times. 

For me, the worst movie of the bunch was Every last one of them. It just could not keep my eyes on the screen maybe other people really liked this one but it was not for me. 

The most unexpected interesting movie of the year for me was The innocents. It's a Norwegian Mystery/Drama/Horror that I absolutely recommend watching. Not only the story and unexpected scenes but also the way it is filmed is not like all the other films and makes this a special must-watch movie. 

I hope I can watch a lot more great movies in 2022.
