Unrelated to the market, we had recent wind damage to our roof and had to get a repair man to come out and fix it. We had someone take a look and get an estimate on Monday and that were able to come and finish it in a single day on Thursday. From start of the estimate to the finished product, it took less than 4 days. That's great turn around time!

It did cost us a bit but it would cost us a lot more if we didn't take care of it as soon as possible.

$50 went in to WPC II today. We are so close to $100 in earned interest for all time. That's crazy to think about!

Look at that juicy $YUM reward. 86¢ right back into the portfolio. Glad to be earning some rewards again. 💰

BlockFi

My BlockFi is loving all the jumping that BTC is doing. I'm not sure if I will ever swap it to USDC and wait for it to dip down again. I may just hold it as BTC forever. The halving is happening soon and I think the market is going to act wild.
