In December we were unable to create a big movement for you, we let you rest, to be able to prepare for the final rush at the end of the year.
And now the time has come to start these days with various initiatives.
First, let's go on to reward all the aficionados of the collection and these elements. We have created a special NFT to wish you a happy new year. Like all special things, the edition is limited: only 99 pieces:
- we keep the first 5 (and we explain later why)
- the other 94 NFTs will be drawn from all those who comment on the article with their WAX address by 21 December at 16 CEST.
We are perfecting the collaboration with a new Publish0x writer who has decided to dedicate his articles to the world of NFT. Most likely you have already read his articles and you are probably already following him, but we do not anticipate anything.
In the article he will organize the giveaway of a new element.
In addition to this element, another 3/4 elements will be distributed by the end of the year, as always via giveaway.
Your collection slowly begins to grow and it is time to publish a web page where you can see your collection drawn on a real periodic table. We are perfecting the latest things and it should go online in the first few days of the new year.
You will have to find space for a new contest in the creation of a new molecule, between 25 and 31 December we will communicate the elements necessary for a new step in your history as a chemist.
And speaking of history, we have identified who will be the second chemist worthy of being immortalized in the chemistry series.
But it doesn't stop there. Christmas is a period of gifts and if you have been good during the year, it may be time to receive that element that for a thousand reasons is not yet part of your collection.
The ideas that have been going through our heads in recent weeks are many. Maybe I forgot something, maybe I did it deliberately. At this point everything is in your hands, keep your eyes open and exchange information about the collection, because something could appear at any moment.
After all these fantastic previews, a small information note.
As you may have noticed, in the course of the collection we have changed the way of distribution. The first items were distributed in small quantities in the giveaway and subsequently at small prices in the market. For example, the hydrogen giveaway included 20 pieces and subsequently we distributed various NFTs in the market at costs between 0.8 WAX and 3 WAX.
Over time we have realized that these promotions led to buying and selling at higher prices. Action expected but discouraged newcomers to enter. Another consequence of this distribution was that the price of the collection remained undervalued.
We have recently increased the number of pieces in the giveaway and put the first minted NFTs on the market at market prices, thus creating a first evaluation that can help you.
Also for the NFT of this giveaway we want to do the same thing: we keep the first NFTs and gradually introduce them to the market.
We do not know if we are following the correct path or it will be changed again, but we try to find the distribution method that can enhance your trust in the collection. Any suggestions will be heeded.
We conclude with a big thank you to everyone for their trust and wish you a happy new year
The Periodic Table NFT project
The Periodic Table NFT project aims to raise awareness of chemical elements in a modern key, basing the approach on blockchain and Non Fungible Token.
Day after day it will be possible to know the single elements that make up the table, to collect curiosities about each of them and about the table in general.
We are working to be able to learn, in a playful way, also what happens by combining the various elements.
The whole project is based on the collection of NFTs that can be bought on the site https://wax.atomichub.io/market?collection_name=periodicelem&order=desc&sort=created&symbol=WAX or by participating in simple giveaways published on publish0x.
