And so it all started with a VIBER Talk after chatting from an online dating site with time duration of their conversation.
Her: What is your perspective of the right one?
Him: The right one, assume you me partner. Well I guess you just know when you meet that person thru the way they make you feel.
Him: Too bad indeed, too bad you have a curfew.
Her: Next time I will set my curfew lol! It’s strange coz it’s like I’ve found a good friend, brother, mate, buddy etc etc on you.
Him: Feel the same.
Her: So we sealed that were brother-sister now? Lol
Him: Yes babe!
Her: Just bro-sis no more crush mate baby?
Him: I prefer to be crushmates- I still fancy you.
Her: Ok crush mates we are, but when would be the expiration date? Lol
Him: When will it end? Good question.
Her: We talk of the expiration yet we didn’t even have the manufacturing /production starting date lol
Him: Lol- very good point. So when do we start?
Her: Hmm do you think there should be memorandum of agreement before the starting date?
Him: Might be a source of unnecessary negotiation and delay.
Her: But there is what we call point of review to assure settlement of contract. Alright any suggestions as to when it starts and when it expires?
Him: With immediate effect?
Her: Define immediate? I mean how immediate could it be?
Him: Well……….. not until you are allowed to go out again
Her: Haha is it an invitation for another conversation for real? Lol
Him: Yeah for sure
These were the exact lines back when these two hearts met through that site they both never expected to create impact on their lives. Fate must have been their companion during those times of talking online, sleepless nights and continued until both decided to make it a bit personal. Meeting for real was the goal with a twist in between. Oh you felt that love was really in the air.
MONDAY: EID AL ADHA in Doha meaning no work for some establishments.
Him: How long have you been in Qatar?............8:47pm
Her: Two years and you? ……….8:49pm
Him: Almost 3………9:04pm
Her: How many years is your contract?..........9:14pm
Him: It’s indefinite, no end date……….9:15pm
Her: I signed a three year contract though I have great time here but it's it’s roasting lol!.......9:21pm
Him: Hopefully it will start to cool soon. Where is home for you?......9:23pm
Her: Yeah hopefully since it’s September now! Well there’s a saying which says home is where your heart is! And my heart is in Maldives! I’m in love with the place when I had my two weeks holiday there last year. What about you?.........9:26pm
Him: That is what they say, in which case I am from Qatar! Originally from the UK.....9:28pm
Her: My cousin lives in Grimsby with her family though! You mean you were raised in UK but you grow up here Qatar?.......9:31pm.
Him: No, my heart isn’t really here! I find Qatar rather soulless. I was born in the UK and grew up there, my parents are English…………9:37.
The getting-to-know stage of their conversation ended up until late so to speak and decided that these two souls will continue for the next day. and the next consecutive days ahead. More or less for the whole week during Eid Al Adha that they both enjoyed their time talking on viber. The tricky part was that meeting in person was still just a joke to both of them. After all, they're just friends so real meeting might not be necessary after all...
But then....10-09-2014 FRIDAY
Him: How was your day?..............3:57pm..
3:57pm………………5:03pm…….
Her: OK and BYE ICONs sent….lol…
Him: Bye?..........5:04
Her: Hey sorry wrong press of icon lol…….5:05pm. Just got home! How’s everything at work?....5:06pm
Him: I left early so I can exercise, first time this week……5:16pm
Her: Wow! What time is your exercise then? Enjoy…………5:18pm
Him: Almost the weekend, any plans?.............9:45 pm
Her: We go for a walk at Aspire Park tomorrow at 6pm, you want to join? Lol………………9:47pm
Him: Would love to but flying to the UK on business early Monday & have a lot to do before I go!....9:53pm.
So he flew to London on that particular week and she on the other hand was also taking her time enjoying it with friends back in Doha and trying to check how is he doing on the other side of the world.
Her: Hey how’s London?.................9:15pm (Doha Time)
Him: Niiice……(smiley icon)…….10:29 pm (Doha Time)
Her: Great! I’m playing though lol………10:29pm
Him: PLAYIN?.........(query icon)....10:29pm
Her: Game on my mobile, Einstein game lol………….10:30pm……
Him: Fun………let's play game when I get back to Doha babe.
