If you’ve created an account with OhmConnect, but are unsure how to connect your utilities, here’s what you need to do next(note you have to connect utilities to earn the sign-up bonus and keep earning):

2. At the top left of this page, you’ll see ‘Your utility status’ with a big red button
3. Click that button, and you’ll be prompted to enter your utility username and password
4. Once you’ve finished that, you’ll be asked to sign a document with DocuSign — the lawyers at OhmConnect need you to sign it so you can start earning money for using less energy.
5. After you sign that form, you’re done. But be patient: it can take up to 7 days for your utility to approve your account.
