On May 21, 2020, Craig Wright, the man who claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, submitted to the court a list of block and bitcoin addresses that stem from the alleged Tulip Trust. However, chair detections and blockchain analysis show that a few blocks from Wright's recently filed list have been spent.

The ongoing lawsuit between Kleiman and Wright is heating up once again, as Craig Wright submitted a list on May 21, which is believed to belong to the infamous Tulip Trust (s). Kleiman's estate, in particular Ira Kleiman, represents the late David Kleiman. Kleiman, also known as “Dave,” was a security researcher who, according to some, may belong to a pseudonymous group operating under the nickname of Satoshi Nakamoto.

According to Ira Kleiman, the legacy of her brother David was manipulated during a partnership of several years with the Australian Craig Wright. The Tulip Trust is an alleged trust that claims to hold 1.1 million   BTCs   from bitcoin mining in the early days. Throughout the two-year trial full of depositions and discoveries, the judge asked Wright to produce a list several times. The list submitted on Thursday is the third list filed during the trial and cryptocurrency detectives are already scanning addresses and blocks.

All three lists contain spent blocks and "none of the lists contains blocks deemed to have been extracted and spent by Satoshi Nakamoto"

"The three lists have recently spent the blocks when Wright testified that the keys are inaccessible," said an article written Reddit Friday studying the detailed list. The Redditor notes that after the first list (CW list) and another group of addresses called the "Shadders list", the judge gave Wright one more chance to give the court a better list.

This led to the theory of “bonded mail” and the mail apparently presented and provided Wright with the necessary information. The Redditor also notes that there is a list called the "DK list" which belongs to the complainants. "None of the four lists (Shadder list, CW list, DK list, CSW list) contain blocks known to have been used and spent by Satoshi, including block 9," wrote the armchair detective. The person also said:

Again, since the CW list is a forgery, and the [recent] CSW registered list is obviously derived from it, the CSW registered list is also a counterfeit. To bring it all back to the first block that was spent yesterday, it was included in the Shadder list. At this point, we don't know if it was in one of the other three lists. However, this is not particularly important, as the Shadders list, the CW list and the classified list CSW have already recently spent blocks.
