Well in 2012 the cost of a minute for an international call from my country was 0.71 dollars!
I would say these days that for some reason my boss was not very happy with my calls 😁
Bitcoin in 2012 was worth its 10, 12 dollars which was already a nice price at the time, but that was not the main reason for the calls and conversations with Shingzu , I wanted to understand how something that does not exist (or does exist🤔) could have value.
How can a machine handle transactions without changes?
How can this be worth $$$?
Without being able to make international calls (people at that time didn't like to waste a few hundred dollars in calls), we started to communicate with the “incredible” now deceased IRC.
My programming knowledge was basically pressing the reset button when I got a blue screen in XP😆 I owe a lot to my friend who motivated and helped me a lot on how to do it, where to get the information and understand how everything worked. and the main help was getting to know the Linux system.

Learning about cryptography and programming completely changed the course of my life. I completely changed course, which was a curiosity, became a profession and today I am graduated in database administration.
Yes it is! with many hours of research, study and trials of "hit and miss" I managed to mine the damned BTCs. Yes damn! It took endless days and nights until I managed to make this business work (and some electrical problems😆)
I did make money with Bitcoin, I bought goods and changed everything for me, But the main motivator I have to share my stories is what I learned in these almost 20 years of cryptography, is that back in the time of the dinosaurs of the cryptographic world there were friendships and mutual help.
Today people are desperate for cryptography, looking for cents in airdrops, faucets, etc...
And I learned that the money you are looking for is right there by your side with your friend, who shares with you the true value that exists. The knowledge.
Don't go after the money, make the money come to you.
