The current government of Canada recently invoked the "Emergencies act" and seized bank accounts of the truckers who were protesting against vaccine mandates. The Canadian government has also been trying to block all cryptocurrency transactions in the state.

The global citizens are watching the scary situation the truckers are facing under a totalitarian government's tyrannic governance.
It is now becoming a contest between governmental tyranny versus the strength of cryptographic data privacy of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Truckers were on protests against COVID-19 vaccine mandates
The truckers were peacefully protesting in specific locations, namely Ottawa, of Canada against the COVID-19 vaccine mandates and enforced lockdowns. Their protests were for freedom of life.

The people have the right to decide what to eat and wear. It is a fundamental right to decide whether to take a traditional medication or go for natural healthcare. A human has full freedom to decide whether to take an experimental medicine (vaccine) or not.
How can a government force the citizens to accept an experimental medicine (vaccine) which has not yet completed formal clinical trials? It is a choice of a human who has the full right to decide about their body.
If you decide to take the experimental jab, it is your choice of risking yourself with side effects of the experimental jab. If I don't take the experimental jab because I don't want to risk taking chances of future side effects, it is also my decision. Nobody or any government can force you or me to take the experimental jab. It comes in our fundamental rights.
Truckers' peaceful protests in Canada were for regaining the fundamental right from the authoritarian government's tyrannic governance.

As per the news reports and analyses, "Canada's emergencies act" may be invoked by the government in case of a national emergency.

Were the truckers involved in terrorist or war activities?

Were the truckers harming any people around the protest demonstrations?

Was the truckers' protest causing any damage to any private or government properties, structures, buildings, shops, etc.?
The answer to all the above questions is "No," the truckers demonstrated civil protests in certain areas of Canada, namely Ottawa, Ontario, without causing any harm and/or damage to people, structures, and any properties.

Then, why did the government decide to invoke the powerful emergencies act?

The Canadian government wants to snatch away the citizens' freedom, which is the fundamental right of any citizen.
Canada imposed blockage on banking and crypto transactions
The government is after the truckers and other citizens who support the truckers' protests against the authoritarian vaccine mandates. The government officials identified some protesters and already seized their bank accounts. They also said they would identify all protesters and sue them under criminal charges.
Some news sources report that the Canadian government is trying to identify several Bitcoin addresses and trying to blacklist the addresses as soon as possible. In otherwords, cryptocurrency transactions in Canada are under real threat from the government scans.
I don't have correct data on how many bloggers on ReadCash and NoiseCash are from Canada. I know @scottcbusiness, who is most probably from Canada, and who regularly posts also on Publish0x and Odysee. He may know more if the impositions of financial blocking affected cryptocurrency players in Canada.
Governmental tyranny is not new during the COVID-19 pandemic
During the last two-plus years of the so-called COVID-19 pandemic, we saw tyrannical governance throughout the globe. The governments controlled citizens' lives in every domain, be it movement on the road, rail, road, airplane, manufacturing and businesses, schools and colleges, entertainment and public performances, and almost everything.
Almost every nation imposed full and partial lockdowns during the last two-plus years of the so-called COVID-19 pandemic. There was no exception.
We saw how the small businesses had suffered huge losses during the enforced lockdowns, but the big shopping chains, such as Walmart, Amazon, BigBazar, etc., continued their business transactions 24x7. Big businesses flourished very fast during the enforced lockdowns.
Top billionaires multiplied their earnings during the last two years
The common mass had suffered in earning their daily livelihood. But the top billionaires made huge business gains during the previous two-plus years of the imposed lockdowns.
The big pharma and health sectors have been the top gainers of the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 testing kit manufacturers have been selling the kits and earning continually. The experimental COVID-19 jabs (vaccines) have also generated pretty big earnings for the big pharma sectors.
Is Canada currently showing an ugly face in the history of authoritarian governance around the globe?
There were huge protests around most of the EU nations. Since March 2021, in almost every weekend, we saw large freedom marches in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, etc. The mainstream news media, YouTube, Facebook censored/filtered these videos. We watched it on Odysee and other video platforms.
After facing huge freedom marches and protests against lockdowns, masks, and vaccine mandates, now most European countries have finally removed all COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, and vaccine mandates.
After showing a terrible tyranny for more than a year, the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) had to remove all COVID-19 restrictions. The common people's freedom rallies were so strong, the tyrannical power of NSW removed all COVID-19 restrictions.

Ironically, the Canadian government has revived a new level of tyranny by invoking their age-old "emergencies act" and blocking financial instruments, including banking and cryptocurrency transactions.

No doubt Canada has taken the front seat among the authoritarian governments.

The coming days seem to arrive soon when the Canadian government may claim the top rank in providing tyrannical governance.
