Another song from the anti-produced Vampire Cats, the album that resists production value like a vampire resists sunshine. I tried to produce it, but every time I touched it with EQ, compression, or reverb of any kind, the songs burst into flames, or shrieked at me and slithered back into the walls, hissing. I like them in spite of their antisocial, production-resistant behavior. They are my weird, prodigal children.
"She's No Good" also appears on the Dark Secret Places collection.
Thanks for listening.
She's No Good
She'll break into your heart
man, don't even start
she's no good
She says she's innocent
she ain't Heaven-sent
she's no good
I kissed her and she laughed
she's a master of her craft
she's no good
She's the evilest woman I've
ever seen
maybe she's a Gemini
maybe she's a beauty queen
she's no good
She's a stolen Corvette
man, you better get over it
she's no good
Her love is a siren song
you think she loves you,
but you're wrong
she's no good
She wants to be your friend
you're a means to an end
she's no good
