Dear Marcus Rogers,
I owe you an apology. I don't believe the spirit behind my critique of your new video is righteous, or comes from a godly place. Your song is in fact beautiful, and a wonderful, moving piece of true worship that I find beautiful and inspiring. The production is fantastic, and whoever produced it is obviously a master of their craft.
It was wrong for me to say the terrible things I said about your video. I have learned many things myself the hard way, numerous times, and it has jaded me to the sensitivity of people who may be new to the craft, and excited about it. For me to rain on that parade is a great sin indeed, and I am sorry for it.
I will consider editing my blogs so that they are more sensitive to this, I may rewrite them, or take them down. I may leave them as they are. But the reasons for my frustrations are valid, and I stand by them.
Many apologies. May God bless you and keep your friends and family safe. Keep the videos and songs coming. God's glory is on them, and I have insulted Him by insulting you. How horrific. Another lesson learned the hard way.
