My experience with most crypto games is pretty poor, they are usually quite boring and often require an initial investment to get anywhere. But CryptoRoyale is a very fun and very addicting game where you can some crypto for playing - specifically the ROY token. The token is currently worth $0.0041c and thus has plenty of time and space for growth. 

What is the game?

•  The game is somewhat similar to the slither.io games. Though in CryptoRoyale, you control a ball and attempt to get bigger by 'eating' different colour boxes. Your goal is to kill and outlast the other players by both 'eating' the boxes and bumping into other players when you are the correct colour. 

• As you can see above, all the players all locked into the square and must compete to win. You control the ball/circle and need to collect the different coloured boxes - they provide health and change your colour. Your ability to destroy the other players will depend on your colour, the rule is set out below:

• Then the controls are simple, use your mouse to control the direction and click to boost - though this will take 25% of your health - so be sure to time it correctly. As mentioned, your goal will be to survive and destroy the other players by bumping into them. 

How do I earn and how easy is it?

• There are a few ways to earn ROY, winning isn't a prerequisite to earn.
• One of the things to look out for is the occasional white box:

• Once you collect 10 of these white boxes, you can spin a wheel which will give you access to win a large amount of ROY. You will also get a box if you kill a player, a red one if you kill a red circle for example and these are worth more. 

• You can collect a large number of boxes to be eligible to earn a large amount.
• For winning, you earn a wheel spin that could give a payout of up to 230 ROY, and a second-place finish will net you 1.15 ROY.
• There are also a variety of achievements that you can earn which will pay out some ROY.

How much can I earn? 

It's a very fun and addicting game, but how much can you earn by playing it?

• Well, truly that is up to you. Personally, I try and get between 30-50 ROY per day but you can earn much more if you are dedicated and good at the game. Getting lucky on the wheels will help along with taking part and winning tournaments. 
• The ROY can be kept on the sites in-built wallet and you can earn 125% APY which equates to 0.21% per day. So once you have a decent bag, you'll earn a good amount of ROY for simply holding it. You can earn the APY by holding it in the in-built wallet or elsewhere: 

"you will not need to hold your ROY in the game wallet to accrue the 125% APY interest. You are now able to associate a single Harmony account with your in-game wallet. When interest is calculated every day, it will sum BOTH balances (in-game ROY + external ROY) to determine how much to award you"

• ROY is on the Harmony One network, so the fees are very cheap. 
• 2500 ROY is currently worth $10.25 - which you can earn in 3 weeks if you grind hard. It's not a fortune obviously, but it will add up after a few months of play. And as mentioned it is fun, so you will be making some money by simply playing a game.  

Conclusion

CryptoRoyale is a very fun game where you can earn some ROY by playing. You won't make a fortune at the current price, but a few weeks of playing will net you some dollars - for simply playing a game that requires you to point in a direction and click. I've had a lot of fun with the game so far, and intend to continue playing to increase my ROY bags.
