God is awesome. So, my baby did her first birthday two days ago but the mini gathering for the party was held yesterday being Children's day where it would be possible for children to be around since it's a public holiday.
The day started so well as we did a light decoration for her for picture sake with her banner hung up. Everyone kept saying babies cry on their first birthday but we experienced an opposite one here. She was dancing with so much energy to everyone's admiration. She didn't even blink her eyes to sleep because she was in the company of other children.
She is always full of energy even before now, so I can imagine why she was all over the place, dancing to every music and enjoying the attention.
It was a successful one, no doubt. God showed up. A lot of family members came with their children too because it was a mini gathering for family members only and it was fun. The electricity company played a fast one on us as they took the light all day and I had to run Generator all through. I was prepared for them too haha but not the same without the AC and the weather was hot.
I gave God the Glory for the success of it and the journey mercies everyone enjoyed while coming and going back. To God be the Glory.
