Our standard is the Bible and basing this on the revealed truth in the Bible and as a firm believer of the Word of God, it shouldn't be hard to understand this truth.

Going back to the time in the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve were warned not to eat from a particular type of tree in the Garden and was told of the consequences if they did.

From the above story, Adam had a choice. As mentioned yesterday, God will never override your choices. He would give you the warning signs and a glimpse of what might come but He won't force you to do anything. This is why men should be responsible for their choices because we always have a choice.

A man can decide against what God instructed and that's the power of choice that God has given us. We have power to choose - choose to obey God or not.

God wants the best for us and it's for the best to trust Him. He is the God of love. The warnings points us to the loving nature of God.

Yes, man is responsible for his own fate by the choice he makes in aligning with God's plans or not.
