There are colourations nowadays that present ungodly as progressive and productive. Agents of darkness who have sold their hearts to the devil are intimidating anyone around them into surrendering to their evil authority. Their evil imagination is how to take over your job, your marriage, your health, your joy and happiness. That is their assignment, to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus came to cast down such assignment (John 10:10).

To cast down evil imaginations you need not fight physical battles, it is a spiritual warfare and you need spiritual weapons to overcome. You need to pray hard and well against negative altar.

The altar of baal was inferior to the altar of the most high God and so Gideon cast it down. The father of Gideon as a Custodian of baal indirectly acknowledged that baal is just an evil imagination that cannot fight for itself. A god that cannot fight for itself is what people are using to scare you. A dead carved image is invoked and you are afraid. Let the fire of your prayer roar like thunder and cast down every evil altar raised against a you.

What satan showed Jesus as gifts were mere imaginations, not in existence. Unfortunately, lot of persons have fallen as a result of such vain glory. Shun that satan, rebuke that devil, silence that negative voice. Even when satan was cast away by Jesus he left only for some time, to return again. Be at alert always so that the result of your fasting and prayers will not be contaminated Psalm 2 is reminding us that the evil ones gather and rage over the people of God, they take counsel together but their band must be broken. Every evil image carved to represent you in an evil altar must be cast down by the fire of your prayers. Evil must bow at your gate, you are no go area, a danger zone to the wicked ones, but you need to pray.
