In my previous post I told you a little about my dog Harvey. In this post, I want to introduce you to LexiMay my perfect red dachshund. I got LexiMay when she was 11 weeks old. No one wanted her because her ear was folded weird. I thought she was perfect. It was love at first site. At that very moment, when she made eye contact with me. I was hooked. Since then we have been on many adventures, had good times, and our share of not so great times, but we have always been together. Lexi is a trained therapy dog, we went through months of training, it was hard for her and for me but we made it through. She is my constant companion and in 20 days we will celebrate her being 12. Shh..don't tell her but I think there is a pack of squeaky balls in her future. She loves them so much. She will be happy little girl. I am so thankful for my little girl. I hope that you can see the joy in her face, and that it brings joy to your heart.
