Why Taking A Break From Crypto During The Day Is IMPORTANT

"Look after yourself, stay fit, keep your mind healthy and always eat proper."

This is the type philosophy of life that made my grandfather who he was, and is one of the sentences he stated to me on many occasions. Didn't stop the Grim Reaper popping up and snatching him from under us at 69-years of age.

Hey no problem guys and girls, this event transpired 25-years ago, miss him tons even after so many years but... yer over it, as he would also say. RIP WD 🖤

The reasons I am sharing this I could say are one of a few - however on this occasion I am going to concentrate on one biggie that you all should literally take to heart.

My grandfather was an insanely money and business oriented fellow. He would be up at the crack of dawn every day, 7-days a week and hard to pin down when he actually stopped to take a few days off - he even took business vacations instead of your general vacation on which he would never be without my grandmother (rest her soul) - she said he often drove her mad crazy as excursions would be rushed and sight-seeing was actually a fleeting glance - once said they "almost would have ran passed Lenin's body but for the soldiers who were keeping a stern eye on shit."

It is as a direct result of not resting and being a compulsive money man, even his hobby was in the cellar building things with heavy duty machines - which is so funny because it involved guess what? Yes selling the items he created - Battle Ships... as I say, a direct result that caused him mental and physical stress, in turn leading up to a massive and lethal heart attack which literally finished him off in a split second the local hospital told us.

It is recommended that we take ourselves away from our screens ever 20 to 30-minutes, but a show of hands who actually does this, or has the capacity financially to be able to do this? - Unless you do not own a screen which in any case you would not be reading this.

Some quite strange mental health issues and habits can occur, leading to serious problems in life if we do not take the time for ourselves - which leads me onto an issue I suffer with as a direct result of my obsession with Hodling cryptocurrencies and the ever expanding search for the next 'big earner'. 

I have had a tendency to hit the crypto world hard, spending quite often days or even weeks with very little sleep - some days no sleep at all. It is so easy to into this routine, especially with cryptocurrencies and the vastness of developments, profit makers and the technology.

My girlfriend noticed that I was developing bald patches on my head - it was not too long, in fact the same night, it was noticed how they had been developing - I was picking at my scalp and pulling on my hair, ripping it out of my head. 🤕 Also that I was doing this while waiting out the results during crypto trading and other crypto investments.

As the months have passed by many things have been noted as to why I have developed a psychological condition known as Trichotillomania - a very real, often socially embarrassing mental health disorder - where some stress suffers will quite literally tear out their own hair. Many of those reason have revolved around crypto and spending way to many hours constantly sat at the screen - the current rabid illness situation circling the planet has not helped many suffers of Trichotillomania. Boredom can also be a cause if hair pulling.

Quite clearly I needed to address this, which has involved some serious changes to the way I conduct myself during the day, how I basically manage my life. I have set out a routine and generally stick to it - and if I don't her indoors makes sure I do. 

I would recommend advice however... We are all individuals, what works for me would not necessarily work for someone else - you do need to talk to someone, a doctor, counselling or similar professional - family can help also and those who we live with can help identify where any problems may be surfacing. 

More importantly if you are on your own and are suffering silently - reach out to somebody - a doctor, professional - maybe even start by talking to a stranger that you may see every day - someone here at PublishOx - talking helps. 

This I share with you good crypto folk in the hope that I may help anybody that might be suffering, or unknowingly suffering health issues due to epic cryptocurrency marathons.
