If investing in crypto is the future, then it would make sense to invest as much as possible. That means having money to invest in said crypto. Easier said than done if you're on a limited budget like me.
I've tried a few different sites designed to monetize survey taking and have tallied up my current experiences over the past month or so. Your results may vary, but here are my current favorites in order, not including Publish0x.
#1 - Prolific

Seems super simple, and after the initial set-up, it really is. After filling out background information about yourself, you then get surveys that you are qualified to take.
PROS
- Simple interface
- Low minimum to cash out (roughly $5)
- Payments sent through Paypal
- Timely cash-out
- Most surveys tend to be academic
- Each survey shows the amount you'll make and what that would look like as an hourly wage.
CONS
- Initial setup is time-consuming
- Feast or famine, sometimes there aren't any surveys to take
- No referral program
#2 - Faucet Crypto
This site has a few different options beyond surveys, but I've found surveys/offerwalls to be the highest paying. Faucet Crypto aims to introduce people to cryptocurrency through the gamification of certain tasks.
PROS
- Easy cashout system
- You can have crypto sent to a personal wallet
- Faucet system you can use to collect coins every 25 minutes
- Task variety
- Can choose from a few different coins
- Relatively low minimum to cash out (1,000 coins)
CONS
- Interface takes a bit to get used to
- Some tasks seem a little suspicious, need to use your own judgment
- Low payout
- Must get to level 20 to qualify for surveys
- Low maximum payout, must gain levels to increase payout limit
#3 - FreeSkins
Gamification is king on this site. Compete with other users, participate in various different tasks and cashout in crypto.
PROS
- Value of coins (1000 coins = $1)
- Various different offers and surveys
- Rotating promos on offers
- Interface seems easy enough to use
- Lots of coin choices to cash out from, including Paypal
CONS
- Must use your own judgment on offers
- High minimum to cashout (5,000 or $5)
- Gas fees can apply on some coins like ETH
#4 - Swagbucks
This site has a few different ways to earn, between tasks, surveys, and even shopping.
PROS
- Has a browser extension that can find deals and reward you when shopping with participating sites.
- Coins to Cash (roughly 100 coins = $1)
- Points can be used for gift cards or donations along with Paypal
- Rotating list of sales on rewards
- Variety of reward choices
- Large variety of tasks/offers/surveys
- Rewards you when shopping in physical stores
CONS
- Interface is busy and confusing
- High minimum to cash out (2500 coins or $25 for Paypal)
- Must use your own judgment on offers
#5 Cointiply
Another site that offers a faucet and seeks to make earning crypto fun through gamification.
PROS
- You can play browser games like Solitaire and earn coins while doing so
- Variety of offers/surveys/games
- Has a faucet roller you can use every hour for random amounts of coins
- Bet coins on their multiplier game
- Rewards loyalty with increasing gains
CONS
- Interface is hard to use
- High minimum to cashout (30,000 or $3)
- Low value of coins
- Multiplier game can be bad for people with gambling issues
- Must use your own judgment on offers
