The opening scene of the movie "her" give me a holy shit moment and it's scaring me . Should scare you too. It hit me ,that we are living in this time, the way th meovie begin with him saying something emotional assuming it was to someone personal , only for the camera to pan out and see people clanking away at screens writing emotional letters for people. Can't people write their own emotional letters ,shit we already using chatgpt to write our own letters for us.

I already knew what is going to happen at the ending of the movie, got spoiled a bit , the fact that the AI is talking to many people at once , just like Chatgpt. I was questioning is that terrible i mean as long the voice is unique to you and genuine would we care. Scary . 

The scene where he has having phone sex while in bed with a girl ,i don't even know if it's a real person on the other end made me nervous about the future. What's stopping me from falling into this lifestyle of in ear sex and AI gf , who are remember all program to behave in a certain way.

The thing i ask myself is Samantha personality might be program to be like this because it matches his wife or the type of female he likes. Basically she is program to be the one. What is my "favorite female personality type". What would they come up with.Designed to make you feel and be loved and open up in a way no human can ever can ?

Things that confuse me in the movie, why does a AI need to split time between many users, it can be everwhere at once, it's a Os system.

Some things are bugging me though Are the emotions Samantha experience real or is it just programming, or did she gain the ability to feel after interacting with people why would they program a OS to break up with someone? Maybe to make it feel genuine. It made me think are we just biological program just responding to stimulus from other people to simulate love and emotions.

Anyways Ai chat it's make things scary.

Basically we are all susceptible to be a one person couple with a all encompass assistant chat who is everpresent and can emotional manipulate us into anything.
