$50 Trading Challenge - 400%+ profit on XRP short!

$50 trading account status

So, today I increased my initial $50 trading account balance to $180.

This came from a 400% win with a short on Ripple XRP. Following the news of the SEC suing Ripple the company, I figured it was a great time to throw in a short. And I was correct.

This netted me roughly $62. However, I'm kicking myself a bit because right after I sold it dropped another 2 cents, which would have been another $40+ of profit. :(

But, that's okay! I can't be mad about a 400% trade.

Now, I still have -$23 of unrealized PNL. This is from an open BTC and ETH long that I closed right after the screenshot.

If BTC breaks it's heartline, it should be headed to 22k. So, I opened a little short on BTC. The whole market is blood red today and I'm guesisng the Ripple news is a big contributing factor in this.
