As crazy as it sounds a whale has sent 0.55 ETH with a fee of 10,666 ETH. Where fee generally fall under a dollar here we have a case with a fee of almost 2.5 million USD. Probably swapped the fee amount with Amount to send? Who knows? The same sender is also associated with an address worth 11 million USD ETH.
