CipherTrace- World's first blockchain forensics team recently released a report that detailed into crypto crime in 2020. It said that the first five months of 2020 has seen a total of $1.36 billion worth of frauds, money stolen and laundering. And with rest of the year left we could see the final number being much higher. Report also says that if the same rate continues we can get very close to the $4.5 billion mark of 2019.
