The pain of departure.

Here I found myself on a round table
The 'Round table' filled with my desires
I am surprised by what
l beheld
Many on this table,
Hungry of the same meal
These person's I know not from Adam
Woe! Table of strangers
Strangers of different levels
Oh my desires, you brought me here
Oh this person, our ways are different
Finding myself around them
Sometimes I feel inferior
I wish I'm never in this cycle.
I fight shadows day and night
Wishing the end shall come
Lo and behold,
Here is the end
But why now?
The journey I have grown to love,
my dear strangers, I now appreciate it.
Dear strangers who I now see as my friends
Tho our ways are different,
Yet you are still the best.
Dear friends who I once see as strangers,
Can you see the table is emptied?
The meal is finished at this point,
Though it is endless.
I know I know not how I'd
Meet you again,
What if we meet again, would it be on this same table?
What if it is on this table, would it be for the same purpose?
What if it is of the same purpose?
I doubt! Many are not willing.
Oh knowledge! Where is your power?
Have you failed to keep us together forever?

I wish you were as the days of the good of Adam's

Tho we fight
Tho we disagree and agree
Tho we are different people
from different parts of Nigeria
Tho we may or may not be familiar with the totality of one another,
But still, we have been one
We have existed as AMACOS,
