"How to stay focused while working? We live in times when something distracts us all the time. Different types of notifications, different types of information, text messages, emails, people who come to us. The amount of information that comes to us makes it difficult to stay focused. It is recommended that if you have moments in which you should actually concentrate and devote yourself to a specific task, then you should cut off from all external factors. Turn off smartphone notifications. Turn off your mobile phone, or at least data transfer. Close unnecessary bookmarks in the web browser on your computer. Focus on this particular task and eliminate all sources of distraction. To achieve greater efficiency, it is worth getting to know the "Brain Focus" application, for example. It is an application that divides time into 20-25 minute blocks. Of course, you can regulate it freely. In any case, the application helps you measure your working time by arranging them into 20-25 minute blocks. After the block time is over, you get a notification that you have a 5-minute break to break away from the task, ventilate or drink water. Less means more. By interrupting the task and resting you increase your efficiency. After a few minutes you return to work more eagerly. If you stop during the task, you will not get to the point of fatigue, but you will rest peacefully and return to the task after a while. Sometimes less is more. It is worth disciplining yourself to stop for a moment, refresh yourself and get back to the task with doubled power.

The second trap is related to multitasking. We want to do many things at once. Refrain from it. The principle is reverse here. He does more, who does one thing. You focus effectively on something and you do it extremely well. Here a rule appears which does not necessarily have to be intuitive and it reads: "slower means faster". If you want to do something quickly, do it slowly. Do it carefully, focus on it because it can allow you to complete the task faster. If you chaotically search for faster solutions, get nervous to finish a given task quickly then you can get the opposite effect from the intended one. Just slow down and do your work calmly and you will see that you reach your goals faster."
