Binance and sports-focused blockchain platform Chiliz have formed a strategic partnership, according to a blog post published on Dec. 14. 

• Binance will list the Juventus (JUV) and PSG Eindhoven (PSG) team tokens on the Binance Launchpool platform
• The two tokens will be tradeable against BTC, USDT and BUSD from 6:00 AM UTC, Dec. 21  
• Both JUV and PSG are utility tokens that let fans exert a tokenized share of influence on fan polls; other use cases include staking and rewards redemption
• Chiliz runs several team-based tokens through its Socios.com platform, letting fans trade the tokens for exclusive merchandise and tickets
• Binance is also an early investor in the Chiliz platform, which has already partnered with major football teams like FC Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and AS Roma
• The Barcelona token in particular drew considerable interest, selling out in just two hours 
• Chiliz plans to introduce gamification features, leaderboards and NFT-based events in the coming months
