Supply chain woes. Shortages of everything from toilet paper to baby formula. Dutch farmer's are protesting government oversteps, with fisherman joining in there is almost no fresh food in Dutch grocery stores. The UK has shortages of food. American farmers cannot afford diesel or fertilizer and did not plant.

The bottom is falling out of the crypto market and taking the financial sector for a roller coaster ride. Exchange after exchange disallowing withdrawals, some even hinting at bankruptcy.

Is the bottom here? Is it time to buy? A foolish sentiment. The time now is to plant a garden. Raise chickens. Dig a well. Spend what you can while you can, because I'm many nations this time next year there will be food distress like never experienced. Sri Lanka, Venezuela, multiple African nations are all already experiencing it.

Global food prices are higher than they were in 2011, and the white house just says "there's no sign of a recession." Is anyone still listening to them as if they know anything? It's their fiat Keynesian (incorrectly called so, because true Keynes theory rejects their notions) manipulations of the markets which have caused the decline. Sanctions on certain nations have caused only reverse damage.

Americans pay more at the pump, not because of the War of the Vlads, but because of thousands upon thousands of drilling permits being stuck in bureaucratic nightmare limbo. Meanwhile, uranium still flows out of the frigid northern Mother Russian Bear with no halts. As does gas, oil, and energy in general. The ruble is stronger vs the dollar than before the war started. NATO/EU sabres are rattled at a bear armed with planet killer nukes. 

But don't worry about all that... The Hunger Games... I mean 'Murican Idol has a new season. The newest marvel pile of cg garbage is coming soon! The latest electric pile of danger is being released by umpteen different manufacturers trying to catch up to 100yo technology which was suppressed by oil interests. 

Dystopia is alive and well. Leaders should just bury your heads and wait it out... Or try something different, make a difference, break the cycle of governance and stop thinking you know better than everyone else like big kids with big toys.
