Here is how it plays out. Global Inflationary / Hyper-inflationary food and water crisis set the stage for groups like the IMF and WEF to “save the day” by instituting a global currency basket system, likely a combo of SDR (Special Drawing Rights) in the basket. All under the name of homogenizing and stabilizing various CBDC markets into a single centralized entity. (Sounds so peaceful and utopian; don't buy the marketing hype). Presto, they already have a solution for a problem they are still fostering! Isn't Tyranny wonderful?
Security - More like crème de le crème for Military Operations
It must be important work, to have to keep the plebs out by show of force! 
Crypto projects should be measured by the unique attributes of decentralization, features like trustlessness, censorship-resistance, transparency and — as a direct result — resilience. I am certain that CBDC offer none of these! Pick you path wisely!
Summary - Don't be fooled by their talking heads (I.E. Lame Stream Media) and discounting logical thought for conspiracy nor fall victim to their latest and greatest way to kill off millions upon millions of people just so they can get off on appearing as having the answer. They want you to trade off your rights and freedoms for a bit of gruel. Think wisely my friends!
