We are usually happy with summer advent , because it coincides with the holidays and is an opportunity to travel and renew our energy , but this year the temperature is very high, which reduced the desire to travel or even go outside to have fun, because the sun is a real inferno . When we say high temperature, our mind goes directly to constant sweating, sun burning and difficulty in breathing , especially to people suffering from chronic diseases . The atmosphere becomes so heavy and discourages going out or doing any activities that can alleviate the stresses we face on a daily life. This summer is completely different from the previous ones. Most people complain about this infernal heat and the disturbing weather .
Personally, I do not tolerate high temperatures, especially with my allergies. I feel like suffocating . I can't sleep comfortably, I am under shower along the day so that I can bear the heat, because at a least effort , I transpire and feel like a snail 🐌 lol , thank God for the blessing existence of water without which we would die of thirst and hotness . The only option for me with this unbearable weather is to stay at home near the air conditioner to be able to enjoy my writings, readings and other hobbies.
Actually, Summer has just begun in the Northern Hemisphere, but intense heat waves swept many parts over the world, from Europe to China, across the US and the Middle East, signaling an unprecedented increase in extremes . As an outcome , many countries suffered from forest fires beginning with Canada, Spain and Morocco.
According to preliminary data released by the World Meteorological Organization, experts affirm that greenhouse gas emissions are responsible for the increase in the intensity, duration and frequency of heat waves.
It appears that global warming effects are growing up each year carrying more alarming effects. This phenomenon occurs when the sun's heat is imprisoned or retained in the earth's atmosphere after entering it, which raises the earth's temperature and makes it warmer.
Climate changement have increased due to human activities. In fact, human use of fossil fuels in its various forms in its industry leads to the combustion of it resulting the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane into the sphere. An imbalance of the earth's energy settles due to the impact of the ratio of solar and infrared radiation, therefore, the climate swing between either infernal heat or freezing cold .
This sweeping heatwaves don't devastate only the earth, but affected also the oceans through ravaging effects on the species that live there, bringing about their persistence and migrations, besides the repercussions on fishing activity as well as drought, which is one of the most devastating natural disasters in terms of loss of life and its impacts such as widespread crop failure, wildfires and water stress.
Accordingly , most environment experts assert that the current heatwaves are an alert for an urgent need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as quickly as possible, because the environment is showing alarming signs and we should reconsider the issue of global warming to avoid further devastating natural catastrophes.
To conclude, as humans, we are extremely vulnerable, we can't even stand the summer heat, we would almost suffocate without God's mercy .
Excessive heat is a result of human actions from polluting industries of nature. When the law of life is disrupted by mankind's hands , all the elements of nature are perturbed and revolt in form of natural disasters of which man is the first victim. This is the price that humans pay in return to unregulated changes, lunatic technological progresses and avidity to gain more profits to the detriment of our mother earth.
