Bullying, I heard this word myriads of times recently, and I read it more on social media . In fact, this form of violence was known and practiced more by a child or a group of children against another child or disturbing him in a deliberate and repeated manner. The most widespread forms of bullying were : spreading rumors, threatening, physically or verbally attacking an isolating child especially in schools with intent to harm, or other movements and actions that occur unnoticed.

However, the Contemporary technological developments transfer bullying to the electronic medium, through electronic harassment that depends on receiving threats from unknown persons to implement a request, or receiving messages containing psychologically harmful insults.

Bullying is no longer limited to real life neither to children, but becomes widespread electronically in all social media and affects all human categories , including celebrities, in particular, transforming this harmful act into a world phenomenon.
There is no dispute that bullying has become more common since the spread of the Internet across the world, increasing to appear a common phenomenon on social media recently, taking many different forms such as :
_Posting insulting things to a person, whether publicly or in secret, such as messages, pictures, and videos, defaming his reputation, or refusing to befriend him on social media.
_Sexual bullying: meaning to say or do sexually harmful or insulting actions to another person, such as insulting expressions, body movements with inappropriate sexual meaning, sexual suggestions, and pornographic images. It often begins in adolescence.

_Ethnic bullying: This is bullying against another person's race, religion, color, or gender.
_Spying: It is done through applications designed specifically to penetrate the privacy of others.
_Hacking: Where a bully deposits malware, steals passwords, or takes control of a victim's device or stealing money especially with the wave of trading cryptocurrency.

The bully transgresses and violates several rights of the other person as a result of his harmful behavior of all kinds, and the most important of the violated rights are the right to live in a safe environment free from all kinds of violence, the right to a quiet workplace free from disturbances, the right to practice the recreational side and play in a safe environment , the right to education and the most important, the right to privacy. Besides, it affects the child personality in the long term.

The danger of cyberbullying lies in the fact that the bully is often anonymous, in addition to the fact that bullying material is available on the information network permanently if the relevant authorities do not intervene to remove it, and this means that bullying may take a long time for the victim.

To fight this phenomenon, UNESCO Member States have agreed to declare the third of November an international day to combat all forms of violence and bullying in schools, including cyberbullying. And while it takes this step, it recognizes that violence in the school environment in all its forms represents a flagrant violation of the right of children and adolescents to education, health and well-being. Hence, it calls on all UNESCO Member States, United Nations partners, relevant international and regional organizations, civil society, non-governmental organizations, individuals and other interested parties.
I think that with the increase of bullying and cybercrimes, there are still a lot of measures that need to be taken by setting strict laws that require the prosecution of every bully, hacker or electronic fraudster. Just as spying and hacking applications have been invented, efforts must be made to create counter applications that address any type of cybercrime.
