Hello boss Elon Musk
Am hopeful that this missive gets you hearty and healthy as bestowed upon by our mighty God. Here in Kenya, I am fine despite the scorching sun which is beating hard on us as we brace the challenges of a new day.
Am a man about 10 years your senior and I have several nudging questions which I sought answers from you. I hope you will not be offended by my unannounced butting and indulgence into your personal life.
What is the secret of your success? I do admire you for your successes. Despite being a CEO and chief engineer of SpaceX; angel investor, you are also CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc.; owner and CEO of Twitter, Inc.
These are no mean achievement and am sure achieving such requires much discipline and hard work. I hope am not answering the questions that I expect you to answer. Your becoming owner and CEO of Twitter, Inc. means you are headed to higher places. How did you manage all these?
Let me not fail to mention you are also founder of The Boring Company; co-founder of Neuralink and OpenAI; and president of the philanthropic Musk Foundation. Kindly help me understand how you managed all these? Did you hail from a rich family and thus you inherited most of the property?
As mentioned earlier, I am 10 years your senior but I do not own the lowest fraction of what you are worth. Your net worth of over $139 billion is an adorable achievement and great success. My parents were poor peasants and we feared to invest. There was a thief always lurking in shadows to deprive you of your hard earned cash. That was our belief. Loans could make you lose what you gave as security.
Have you ever lost badly in your investment journey? We need also learn of your failures. Have you ever been poor? Tell us of your worst experiences. Sometimes we believe you were born with a silver spoon I your mouth.
Mr. Elon Musk, I want to know that kind of your life unknown to social media and media houses. Have you ever cried? Has a lover ever left you?
Is your family affected by your wealth? Tell me how your family take this wealth thing. Are they proud? Do they look down on the less fortunate?
Just open up and tell me. Maybe there is somebody else who wants to know this from you.
How is your lifestyle apart from business life?
Do you do manual work? What are your hobbies? I wonder whether you have free life outside there.
Can you relax without bodyguards? Sometimes I believe riches do imprison people and there are not free. How do you do your shopping? Tell me your relationship with the barber, the watchman and the maid. Are there people in your life who look you in the face?
Are you a mentor? I think you have mentored people to be as rich as you.
Do not take these questions personal but I just want to learn.
Yours faithfully,
Meshack Bwoyele Keya
